Who can join our events?
Anyone who is residing in Singapore on a long term basis (more than 1 year) and
1. Unmarried
2. Divorced
3. Widowed
Events, Outings, Activities
Singles @ Singapore reserves all rights to change, alter, cancel, postpone the venue, date, time, condition(s), type of all event(s), outing(s) and/or activitie(s) without prior notice.
No-Shows
Singles @ Singapore will ban member(s), person(s), who is confirmed of their attendance for any events, outings, activities but neither turn up nor provide a notice of cancellation in writing to Singles @ Singapore or its organiser(s) within 48 hours, from attending future event(s), outing(s) and/or activitie(s).
Disclaimer and Indemnity of All Liabilities
In no event shall the Singles @ Singapore, its founder, administrator(s), member(s), organiser(s), volunteer organiser(s) and/or contributor(s) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this group and/or event(s). All member(s), person(s) are advised to exercise caution while meeting any person(s) from Singles @ Singapore.
By attending Singles @ Singapore's event(s), you agree to indemnify Singles @ Singapore, its founder, administrator(s), member(s), organiser(s), volunteer organiser(s) and/or contributor(s) from any loss, damage or injury that would otherwise incur arising from any loss or injury suffered by you arising from or incidental to the participation of any event(s). Accordingly, Singles @ Singapore, its founder, administrator(s), member(s), organiser(s), volunteer organiser(s) and/or contributor(s) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered by you as a result, directly or indirectly, of attending any event(s) and/or participating in the activities and Singles @ Singapore, its founder, administrator(s), member(s), organiser(s), volunteer organiser(s) and/or contributor(s) shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage (including indirect or consequential loss and/or damage) arising therefrom.
Solicitation of Business, Commercial, Not For Profit, Religious or Political Activities
Any form of soliciting of business, commercial, not for profit, religious or political activities on the Singles @ Singapore group, Facebook group, event(s), activities or outing(s) is strictly prohibited.
If you have a marketing proposal, please contact the administrator or founder for further discussions.
Photography and Videography
Singles @ Singapore reserves intellectual copyrights and all rights to photograph(s) and/or video(s) taken during any events, outings and/or activities. Such photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be published on the Internet. Singles @ Singapore may consider a request from member(s) and/or person(s) not to publish their photograph(s) and/or video(s).
